Summer has Gone?

The world keeps on turning. That part of the system is pretty constant. Natural systems almost invite variation, and that would be equally true for embedded
sub-systems whether they are human or canine bodies for instance. Still if there were usual variation in the in the rotation of the Earth or its axis, such a change would not escape instant attention.

It was an form of eclipse, I suppose.

A person sees the doctor and then drives to work. Parks her car and then its knocked down by a car while walking across the road. Motor vehicles in these circumstances are malign. There are broken bones and a head injury. While not at first recognized, it is quickly realized that helicopter flight is necessary to transfer the patient to St George, Kogarah, then there is an extensive operations on the knee – unknown to me at the time.

Some memories are clear. Some are not. I remember the Latin inscription under the clock at school, Tempus Fugit. It turns out that time does fly. The more recent to take time and not rush despite the demands sometimes placed over us. By making a random selection of photos, I am attempting to compress time, while overcoming the problem of sameness.

Eight Weeks and Eight Days

The election ran for eight weeks, and then the count took days to sort out who had a bare majority in the House of Reps to form the government. I tired of being told seemingly endlessly that the 76 members represented an absolute majority.
