Arianna appeared Wednesday on "Katie" to discuss her new book "Thrive" and The Third Metric with Katie Couric.
"We need a third women's revolution so that we don't just ask for our place at the top of the world, but we change the world," explained Arianna.
She went on to say, "we need to end this delusion that we have that there is a connection between overwork and high-performance, because the truth is that I think we will be better at work if we actually nurture ourselves and we bring our best selves to work."
"To be praising people for working 24/7 is like praising them for coming drunk to work."
